Life can be tough and sometimes we need a space of our own to process our experiences, celebrate our successes, and learn new skills to help us thrive. In individual therapy, my goal is to cultivate the space you need to do the personal work you want to do. In individual therapy, we'll work together to identify your goals and the best way(s) to work toward them. I utilize emotion-focused, attachment-based therapy models to help you identify patterns in your relationships, explore your inner experience, and become a more congruent version of yourself. I also have training in Brainspotting, which can be used to help you process through heavy or traumatic experiences. Whatever you're navigating, you don't have to do it alone!Â

Family Therapy
Family can be a source of strength and stress...often all at the same time! Having someone outside of your family system to listen and reflect can make a huge difference. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed working with families on specific challenges, as well as the everyday things that come with being a family. In family therapy, I use emotion-focused, attachment-based therapy approaches to help families identify patterns in their interactions, the motives behind those patterns, and ways to move forward together that feel better to all parties. Â
Here are some experiences I've helped families with:
-
Parenting ConcernsÂ
-
Parent-Child ConflictÂ
-
Adult Children & Parent ConflictÂ

Child & Adolescent Therapy
In addition to, and frequently in tandem with, family therapy, I offer individual services to children and adolescents. In my work with children and adolescents, I utilize emotion-focused, attachment based therapy models, as well as play therapy and other creative approaches to therapy. When working with children and adolescents, I almost always incorporate their caregivers to aid in the therapeutic process and help generalize therapeutic work in the home. I have experience working with children as young as 5-years-old.
Here are some experiences I've helped children and teens with:

Couples Therapy
Every relationship has its ups and downs. Couples therapy can be a space to learn more about yourself and your partner(s) and how you best work together. In my work with couples, I use emotion-focused, attachment-based therapy approaches to help you identify cycles within your relationship that are no longer serving you, identify what you need in your relationship, and move forward in happier and healthier ways.Â
Here are some experiences I've helped couples with:
-
Communication Challenges
-
Adjustment to MarriageÂ

Navigating Cultural DifferencesÂ
-
Reconnecting after Periods of Emotional (and physical) Distance Â
Faith Transitions & Religious Exit
Questioning long-held beliefs, redefining identity, and rebuilding community in the context of a faith transition can be both deeply meaningful and profoundly challenging. I specialize in working with individuals who are doubting, deconstructing, and/or exiting high-demand religions, as well as with individuals who are recovering from religious abuse or trauma. I also work with couples and families who are navigating becoming interfaith. Utilizing emotion-focused, person-centered approaches, my goal is to help you move through your faith transition in ways that feel grounded, empowering, and supportive. I can also incorporate Brainspotting to help you process traumatic experiences or experiences where you feel stuck. Questioning and leaving religion can be incredibly isolating. Please know, you are not alone and you do not have to hold this experience on your own. Â
